Hello!
Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you!Your braim MRI results are not related to your clinical situation. Fainting spells could be related to different possible causes: a cardiac arrhythmia, low blood pressure values, orthostatic hypotension, seizures, etc. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam and some tests:- a cardiac ultrasound- an ECG Holter monitoring to investigate for cardiac arrhythmia
- an EEG for seizures
- a Head Up Tilt test for orthostatic hypotension. You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Best regards!
Dr. Aida Quka, Neurologist
