What Is The Remedy For IBS?

hello im a 25year old famle an i have ibs since i was little but my dr. didnt give me anything cause he said it would go away in time. but i still have it and i keep have this smell of bruned rubber an stool looks like dark green and geridy with stoumch pains then the pain goes away after going to the bathrooom

Hi dear i read ur problem that u r suffering from IBS.U said that ur doctor didnt give u anything cause and said it would go away in time. I want to tell u that no cause and no pathology know about this disease but characterised by abdominal pain or discomfort and a distrubed bowel habit.
U tell that u got relief by defaecation and abnormal stool frequency which confirms the diagnosis.Imp cause of the disease is decreased immunity.U go to the doctor to examination and diagnosis the problem.U tell about smell of stool colour.U follow some precautions like-
1-avoid legumes,prunes,beans,apple which produces excess gas.
2-u take one glass lassi without cream with jeera.
3-avoid spicy food ,processed and chinish food and take simple food.
4-keep ur mood fresh and donot take anxiety and depression.
5-To modulate stress a variety of therapies are present like physical therapy massage,acupuncture,reflexology,shiatu. So concern ur doctor for this therapy.
