The tear duct in your right eye probably has developed an acute infection and the fragile tissues has started bleeding. A course of antibiotics + anti-inflammatory will help solve the probable. The other reason of bleeding can be a injury that might had gone unnoticed the previous night. Consult an ophthalmologist in case your condition does not improve.
