What Is The Remedy For Hives When On Allergy Pills?

I m having a hives outbreak, I have large welts/rash located all over my body. I took 2 allergy pills, which seem to do nothing, 2 showers to cool down but nothing helps. I did have a sharp pain in my throat earlier which has subsided. Is there anything I can do for relief?

Taking Pheniramine maleate will be helpful.
I would also suggest thorough evaluation for allergen causing substance by intradermal testing.
