Dear Sir, I have a cut mark on my face which i have got accidentally during my biology practicals. it has been 4 years till now but instead of trying many things i am not able to remove that cut mark. it was made by blade. i have scars of acne also. please suggest what should i do?? Thanking you in advance.
A linear scar mark resulting from blade can be made less noticeable by either Dermabrasion OR by Scar revision surgery in which the direction and width of scar is altered to make it less noticeable.
Post acne scars are a common complication of acne.
Post acne scars can be improved with either one or a combination of the following methods: Chemical Peeling, Fractional CO2 Laser, Microneedling/Dermaroller, Subscission, Punch excision and grafting, Dermabrasion etc
I would advice that you see a nearby dermatologist for assessment of acne scars and the most appropriate procedure to improve there appearance.
regards
