What Is The Remedy For Spurs On Feet When On Lortab?

I have bone spurs on both feet, every step I take is pain, spent 15 years in army running in combat boots and jumping out of helicopter's. Been on lortab since 2006, just don't work any more and the shots to the heel are more painful than good.. d. Windsor

I have following suggestions for you.
1. Warm water fomentation
2. Brufen
3. Soft footwear
4. Calf stretching exercises
5. Steroids injection
6. If nothing works then shave the spur surgically
