What Is The Remedy For The Pain In The Ear Drum Having Prone To Ear Infections?

I suffer from ear infections since childhood I have a large hole in the attic of my ear drum taking a lot of pain killers I don t like the amount of pills I have to take seeing my consultant in late June is there anything he could do to stop the pain a skin graft won t work

Hi....
Thanx for your question and i have seen your detailed history.
you have said that you are suffering from ear infection since childhhod and attic perforation .
Ear infection with recurrent episode and attic perforation reveals that you have chronic supportive otitis media with cholesteatoma.
You need examination under microscope and may need mastoid exploration for removal of disease process. untill you can use following medicine
ciprofloxacin plus dexamethasone ear drops. 3+3+3
avoid water enetry in that ear.
