What Is The Remedy For The Severe Pain In Shoulders From Past Injuries?

I am in severe pain. both shoulders from I believe past injuries and I have very extreme RA as well. I do not tolerate acetaminophen, it makes the inflammation hugely worse. the hydrocodone works great for pain but I cannot find any without the acetaminophen. what would u recommend? also it is difficult to get the stronger mgs. for opiates which do not have the acetaminophen, as dr s. do not prescribe it very easily. what I have found works best is plain hydrocodone at about 20 to 25mg. per day. I am considered a chronic pain person. any feedback is much appreciated. thank you. sincerely, mark heuer
