Hi,

Vomiting could be due to injury to head. Although she has been released by hospital, there is a possibility to develop hematoma in the brain (head) after 72 hours of accident.

I suggest to get a ct-scan of the head to rule out brain hematoma. If no such problems and blood pressure is ok, then, it might be related to GI problems.

Be careful with the food you give to her, keep a good hygiene and wash the foods that are eaten raw thoroughly with water.

Keep monitoring her blood pressure. Can ask doctor to start therapy with metoclopramide or other-anti-hystamines to avoid vomiting.
