What Is The Remedy For White Spots On Shoulders?

good morning doctor im Swagato (MALE-34) years,height (5 fits 8 inches) weight (65kgs). The problem is that white small spots have developed on my shoulders. Once I had pimple/acne problems on my back which healed with gradual course of time. Some few months back I have vertilgo which is also at the stage of healing.Please suggest. I have a word with a dermatologist but he/she is of the opinion that I have to undergo laser treatment for such.
