What Is The Solution For Itchy Rashes, Heavy Bumps All Over The Body And Taken Atarax Without Any Relief?

hi, i am suffering from rashes with itching from past 1and 1/2 year , from past 2 months i am suffered with heavy rashes all over the body ,then i had prescribed by the local doctor and he said i was effected by urticaria and i.e also by chronic urticaria . i am getting heavy rashes with itching , heavy bumbs over body with irregular shapes , sometimes getting swelling on lips too. for that doctor gave atrax tablets , when i am start to using atrax tablets once in 4days it is giving relief for 4days only.after 4days again itching and bumbs getting over body , pls advise me wat is the best solution for that
