What Is The Solution For Sore Throat And White Spots On The Uvula?

Hi have had a very bad sore throat for approximately 48 hrs. Straight. I went to an urgent care Thursday they said it was nasal drainage and gave me a rx of clindamycin two 150mg capsules 3x day. I have not improved at all. 5 weeks ago I was hospitalised for pulmonary embolism in each lunge after rt knee replacement. Plus a small clot remains in my leg. I am currently on 9 mg of warfarin. My%SpO2 keeps varying between 92-95. Normal for me is 98. I know both numbers r ok but not sure if I could still have strep throat. There are white spots on the uvula. Not sure what to take or do

I have read your query and understand your concern .
it may be because of simple viral or bacterial naso phyringitis .and not related to your knee replacement and warfarin
continue with your medication and start some painkiller andantihistaminic , and antacid with nose drop and gargle.
do check for drug interaction with warfarin
