What Is The Solution For Stomach Flu With Diarrhoea And Gas?
Last weekend I had what I think was the stomach flue (diarea, vomoting, joint pain and overall weakness). I was feeling better but got constipated with sever gas. Today the diarea returned and tonight the gas. What could this be and is there anyhing I can do?
