What Is The Suggestion For A Pain Moves From Neck To Leg That Causing Shortness Of Breath?

I have a pain that moves around from neck to leg on left side. It is primarily located on left side of upper ack. When pain moves to chest it causes shortness of breath pain and dizziness. I have rbbb heart does not completely rest between beats according to ekg

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the pain that you are experiencing may not be due to the heart condition ot RBBB but this could be functional condition and this is nothing to worry and this could be treated with analgesic medicines, take care and have a nice day.
