What Is The Temporary Relief For The Pain In Upper Abdomen?

My stomach has been bothering me for about 2mos. I have pain in my upper abdomen, it seems to have gotten worse recently. I have lost about 4lbs (I currently weigh 95lbs now) I have been feeling hungry, even after I eat full meals. I just started taking acid reducers...which seem to help temporarily. Any thoughts?

Hello,
Thanks for your query.
There are various medications and therapies which can treat pain in the upper abdomen depending on the cause. Some symptoms may disappear on their own, while some others can be controlled with dietary changes and exercise. However, if a person has persistent upper stomach pain it is always recommended to seek medical advice immediately since many vital organs are contained within the stomach cavity.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
