around 6 mm of thickness is adequate for conceivement in the initial half of cycle but the endometrial thickness needs to increase for a proper attachment of the zygote. It depends on the harmone progesterone. In case of doubt i would advise you to get a ultrasound during your second half of your cycle during the 24 day to know the thickness then.
