I have a small lump on the left side of my neck, just below the corner of the back of my jaw. It has been there for about a month. No pain, but my left tonsil also seems to be inflamed. Also, no pain. I have problems with cryptic tonsillitis in my left tonsil as well. Should I have this checked?
yes, definitely. especially if it has been there for a month already. it might just be a lymphadenopathy from the recent infection, but it could also be something else. a neck ultrasound would be of help as an initial diagnostic tool for your concern along with complete physical examination with your doctor.
hope this helps.
good day!
