My boyfriend and I have a problem with acne. His is worse than mine. He has it everywhere, frequent breakouts on his back, face, shoulders, and his chest. I just have breakouts on my face we constantly wash our faces day and night but it seem to get worse. I was wondering if our only way to get the best results is to seek a dermatologist or try over the counter products.
Understanding your concern. As per your query your boyfriend have acne on back, face, shoulders, and his chest which is due to abundance of sebaceous glands in these areas. I would suggest you to wash these areas with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week You should give daily application of Glycolic acid 6 percent and retino a cream over your acne as it will lighten scars. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and apply them on acne. Take diet rich in vitamin E. Drink plenty of water. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-peeling and dermabrasion. You can apply aloe vera gel on them as well. Don't use ant cosmetics and hard substances on face.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Take a good care of your health. Get Well soon.
