What Is The Treatment For Acne?
Good evening, sir. sir I have acne and pimples problems. And also i used since last 2 months Lacto calamine and safi. In recent days i used Betnovate N .But i worried acne and pimples are come out in 2 or 3 days. Its not totatly efective. Can u please recomend any proper solution cure from acne and pimples.

The products you have been using, lactocalamine and betnovate , respectively have no role whatsoever in acne.
Betnovate contains a potent steroid which, if used regularly would rather cause acne apart from other side effects like photosensitivity, skin thinning and telangiectases and facial hair growth (hirsutism) which is specially troublesome in females. Therefore you should discontinue it.
While lactocalamime would not improve your acne. It may or may not worsen it further.
If I was the treating doctor I would have started you on oral antibiotics e.g either Doxycycline 100mg twice daily for 2-4 weeks Or Azithromycin 500mg three consequtive days/week for 2-4 weeks.
Topically you could use either benzoyl peroxide gel 2.5 % twice daily OR Clindamycin phosphate 1% gel twice daily.
There are drugs available on prescription from a doctor and hence I recommend you visit a doctor before trying it.
