What Is The Treatment For Capillary Telangiectasia?

I have been found from MRI with and without contrast, to have a capillary telangiectasia in the left cingulate gyrus region and a chronic dissection without evidence of acute or active process. @ questions: one can I take Evista ( for osteopenia) and two, is a 6 month follow-up MRI sufficient? I am 70 years old and have had migraines intermittently all my life. And should I be taking an aspirin a day?
