Dear Ms,

For getting rid of palpitations I would advise you to quit smoking and reduce caffeine intake
About your chest pain, it is difficult to say for 100% without seeing you, but it seems to be muscle pain, I would advise you take Diclofenac gel and apply locally 2-3 times a day

Hope I could help you

In case of further questions don't hesitate to ask

Regards,
