Sir, am using collar for neck pain and when it become sever have pain in right hand also. but by using the collar. my work is related to computer and have strain also. is there any remedy except collar.why we use collar?female,age 34 married and have 2 children aged 11 & 7.Height 5ft 4'' weight 51 kg.
