This could be due to various infections. Most times it is due to viral infections and sometimes Tuberculosis. The pain can be due to inflammation of the lymphglands. If there has been recent onset of fevers, weight loss, worth getting her checked by your paediatrician. You can try using simple pain killers like Paracetamol. This will subside on its own.
