As per your query you are suffering from dizziness and vertigo and you disn't got any solution yet . The symptoms you mention in query occur due to wide range of reasons like migraines , head injury , certain medications and due to cervical spondylosis . The above mention reasons are those reasons which you have not get checked yet . So i would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon once to get examination for any injury or cervical spondolysis . For now i would like to suggest you some home remedies drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and drink lots of fluids like juices and water . Avoid caffeine product .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
