she has to undergo adenoidectomy..both maxillary and frontal sinusitis is cos of enlarged adenoids which is affecting the drainage of the sinuses leading to nasal block and other respiratory symptoms..it is adviced to visit a ENT doc to decide the plan of treatment

Large adenoids usually causes mouth breathing and frequent respiratory infections if not removed. Usually adenoid and/or tonsills may need to be removed by Surgery which will give good relief to the child.
There is infection also of the air pocket in the cheek bones which requires antibiotics. If possible she may try steam inhalation if your daughter is co-operative. Kindly take her to the ENT Specialist who will advise accordingly what's best.

The adenoids are a lump of tissue at the back of the nose above the tonsils, it is basically a lymph node. Your History suggests she has Adenoid Hypertrophy. Kindly get him examined by a ENT specialist as she will require antibiotics as adenoiditis responds to antibiotics taken by mouth. In most children, the adenoid enlarges normally during early childhood, when infections of the nose and throat are most common. They usually shrink as your child gets older and disappear by puberty. However, in some children, the adenoid continues to become larger and block the passage behind the nose. This can result in snoring, breathing through the mouth. If antibiotics fail to get rid of the infection, the adenoid tissue may have to be removed. Let her be examined by a ENT specialist to rule out any infection in her ear, nose or throat.
Give her steam inhalations before going to bed, let her take adequate rest and plenty of fluids. See to it that she takes her medicines regularly, take her for regular follow up.
