Hello Thanks for quey . Based on the facts that you have posted you have Phimosis since childhood and is unable to enjoy sex because of painful erection due to Phimosis . During sex prepuce is fully retracted over glans penis and acts as a sleeve during forward and back movements that give pleasure of sexual satisfaction . Since you are unwilling to undergo circumcision you may opt for a surgery where prepuce is cut and opened on dorsal aspect keeping the foreskin intact..
