What Is The Treatment For Flank Pain?

I m a female, age 59, weight 142, 5 . I have been having flank pain from my lower back right rib area to the front abdomen . It hurts when I turn my waist both ways. Sometime it s a sharp flank pain. Not sure if it s muscle or ligament related. When my bowels are irregular, I notice that it is more painful. I ve had it for over a year, and the pain has become more intense with time. Right groin/hip aches more also. I ve had a CT scan which showed my scoliosis and hip replacement. I ve also did PT for it thinking that it possibly could have been my back. It did not help the pain. I m on duloxetine (cymbalta) 120 mg daily for GAD, Arthralgia. Also on Cardizam (diltiazam) 180 mg for Tachycardia, 50mg Senna for constipation, 1 to 2 / 800 mg tabs per day of IB Profen for arthritis pain. I ve had a lumbar lamenectomy in 2002, had a peri-acetabular osteotomy (right hip reconstruction) to correct hip displacia pain in 2004, had a right hip replacement in 2009, had tummy tuck and breast augmentation in 2010. From the symptoms I gave to you, along with my history of surgeries , does this summary give you any idea what this flank pain may be caused by , or better yet.... What is causing it??? More history: I have 3 children ages 28, 30 and 34.
