Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi
You seem to be suffering from cholinergic urticaria.
This is essentially a skin condition in which any kind of exercise, exertion, mental stress can lead to itching over the skin.
You need to see a nearby dermatologist as this condition is controllable with proper treatment and courses of oral antihistamines.
