Sir my penis is itching a lot resulting in wounds

hi,
firstly you should find out the reasons for itching.
first you see for your local hygiene,underneath the fore skin of penis,there is collection of smegma,it should clean after averting fore skin of penis,while taking bath daily. you should shave your pubic hair at regular interval.
you see that there is any fungal infection which also cause itching.
avoid wearing undergarment during night.
