What Is The Treatment For Lesions On My Pineal Gland With Severe Migraines?

I ve had a 5mm round lesions on my pineal gland and I ve had severe migraines on a monthly basis. They eased up at one point but have come back with a vengeance. All I m taking is OTC pain reliever but the pain has worsen. I would like some advice on this. Been on several medications but nothing seems to help. Migraine medications don t help.

Detailed investigations like CT scan to find out benign tumor and associated pinelomas. Take OTC medicines as per doctor's recommendation.
