hi..im intersted in starting to take evening primose with GLA. it says it will help with my perimenapause symtoms and with my osteoporis, excema, acne. i am almost 50 and experince alot of menopause systems...do you think taking this will help me and what dosage should i take? thank you

Yes, it is said it can give relief from menopausal symptom if you are not finding ot useful you can go for hormonal therapy with other vitamin and mineral like calcium.
