What Is The Treatment For Mild Fever , Headache And Dizziness?
12 year old daughter, has had low grade fever 99.9 dizziness lower belly pain headaches and blood presure any where between 164/104 to 98/88 heart rate well sitting 98 standing 140 have been to primary 8 times ent once neuroly once.worked up for renal results normal cbc shows viral had ekg normal

Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have symptoms of mild fever , headache and dizziness which is because you are suffering from viral infection. It could be due to co-infection bacterial infection / upper respiratory tract infection as well. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take antipyretics for fever relief such as calpol, paracetamol or adol suppositories acetaminophen.If fever increases do tepid sponging as well with cold water. Take throat lozenges as well. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist without any delay . Doctor may order blood test , throat swab test or virus culture test. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with decongestants. Give child multivitamin tablets. Gargle with saline water. take steam inhalation. Use mist humidifiers in room.
