Hi unable to get erection during sex can be erectile dysfunction.it can be due to various reasons.it can be due to anxiety.nervous dysfunction.low testosterone levels or injury to l1 and l2 vertebrae.treat it according to the condition.
Most of the times it is mainly due to anxiety.we treat erectile dysfunction by giving thrilpil 1 hr before act and neurokind plus daily once in the morning.if no response see to lower testosterone and give supplementation of testosterone if they are less
