What Is The Treatment For Pain And Swelling On Big Toe?

Hi doctor,I am sunnyphilip from Canada I am suffering with pain and swelling on my right big toe. I have used tab nusaid and tab zyloric 3 years before in India I was cured with that medicine. Now I am using tab naproxen with advise of a pharmacist. But no relief of pain and swelling. I am not in a position to consult a doctor. Please advise
