What Is The Treatment For Pain In Neck And Pressure In Eyes?

I had an MRI Done in year 2009, due to 2-3 attacks of Migraine, the report said, Migraine with parieto-occipital ischemic hyperintense lesion. No structural lesion/cvst. No focal neuro deficits. Rest all risk factors negative Now how I feel- little swaying when sitting or standing, with pain in neck and little pressure in and around both ears. Earlier, I had this feeling 1 year ago, then as per prescription of neurologist, I had Macreberin 40, (Vitamin B) for a month and I felt comfortable. Thanks, Ferman

Hello Ferman!

Thank you for asking on Healthcaremagic!

As far as I understand from your past medical history, you have gone through an asymptomatic stroke, probably related to migraine.
Your actual symptoms do not seem to be related to migraine. Chronic degenerations of the cervical vertebral column, can mimic this situation.
Considering the fact that your previous symptoms improved with vitamin B, I would first recommend checking vitamin B 12 levels.
A cervical spine X ray study is also necessary.
Other tests to consider would be a Doppler ultrasound of the cervical arteries and an ENT consult, to exclude a possible inner ear disorder.

Meanwhile, I would recommend taking daily aspirin to prevent further strokes.

Hope to have been helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
