Good evening doctor. I have this sudden burst of acne pimples like boils which started three to four months back and even on my legs and thighs and back only very few ones though on them and my legs feels like emitting heat down in the calves ....... and now i have a few dry patches which on my fingers which heal on themselves. i don't know what to do?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples on back, leg , thigh and calves which occur because skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it is due to abundance of sebaceous glands in these areas. I would suggest you to wash these areas daily with cold water and body wash containing salycylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelac acid which is good for pimples. If condition doesn't get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like minocyclin, steroid ointment and may recommend chemical peeling for marks.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
