Hi

As the frequency is just 3 times, you need not worry much.

In case if he develops further episodes of watery stools, you must give him plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
Fluids that may be given are Plain water, Coconut water, soups, Lemonade, ORS like Pedialyte. His diet in such a condition should include Rice based items, Banana, boiled mashed potato, curd in plenty.

Even if he develops very frequent loose stools, if he drinks well and he passes urine to a minimum of 4 to 5 times in a day, he is active and playful, then it means his hydration is good.

Hope you find my answer helpful.
Best wishes.
