Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

Possibly you have got a pelvic infection along with a urinary tract infection, which is not treated yet. I would like to send you to a gynaecologist to rule out this factor, and if there is no gynaecological problem, I would go for a colonoscopy for you, to rule out any obstructive pathology in your lower colon. The treatment would depend on the findings of investigation reports.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef
