What Is The Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain?

I am a 22 year old female, sometimes get irregular periods, but lately they have been very normal. I normally get them around the end or beggining of a new month. This month i am experiencing an incredible amount of pain in my lower abdomen and my coccyx. its a sharp burst of pain from my coccyx to lower abdomen. My muscles in my body are also very sore. Is this pre menstural discomfort or do I need to worry?

there is no need to be worry. Abdominal pain is very common during/ just before starting of menstrual period.
oftenly this time of pain went off, once your periods became over.

second, id you are suffering from acute abdominal pain not associated with menstrual period, you should contact a radilogist to find the causes of acute abdominal pain. sometimes this becomes very serious too.

otherwise you can take mefenemic acid ( indian brand name meftal) tablets for abdominal pain.
