What Is The Treatment For Severe Headache On One Side Of The Head?

Hi - almost exactly 24 hours ago I bumped my head getting out of a tanning bed (I know, 2 bad things at once). Just hit the upper left corner of my forehead, near the hairline (the place there the bone protrudes a little bit, right above your temple). It was sore for a bit, but then it went away, no bruising, didn't become dizzy or lose consciousness - basically just the jolt of "Ow I hit my head". Yesterday afternoon/evening I was having a bit of a headache (I wouldn't call it severe at all). I also tend to get migraines, and have TMJ & neck problems & I believe the headaches were related to my neck/TMJ. Additionally, I have tinnitus regularly. So while I did have a headache & ringing in my ears (same as when my tinnitus acts up - nothing major, just a slight buzzing that comes & goes), this was absolutely nothing out of the norm for me, which is making it difficult for me to tell whether I should be worried or not. This morning I woke up feeling pretty much 100% better, except on the opposite side of my head (left side) there is a bit of a sharp pain in 1 place. Vision is fine, not dizzy, can concentrate normally - just a little headache.

Long story sort - should I be worried?
