What Is The Treatment For Shortness Of Breath, Swelling And Irregular Heartbeats?
I was diagnosed with afib 10 years ago. It was treated and then seemed to go away on its own. For the past 2 weeks my feet and hands have been swelling along with some shortness of breath. I have no health insurance what shall I do? I have also experienced some irregulat heartbeats I recognise as afib.

Hi and welcome to HCM,
In my opinion I suggest Deriphyllin for SOB, diuretics for swelling.
For irregular heart beats I would suggest Betablockers, Digoxin and Calcium Channel blockers such Verapamil, Diltiazem. Vital signs also be investigated. Please consult your cardiologist.
