Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain and reading your complete medical/ dental history of tooth filling and capping along with having tonsil stones and ea infection, now as your gum is swollen and there is a pus discharge there is a possibility that there is infection and inflammation of the gum flap causing
Pericoronitis in case if it is a wisdom tooth and if it is not wisdom tooth then there is a possibility that there is formation of
dental abscess secondary to
tooth infection [in case if the tooth is infected].
You need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and an x-ray of the tooth will help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As there is pus discharge this is for sure that you have infection so as of now you can start taking antibiotics like
Amoxicillin and anti-inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen for reducing inflammation and pain..
Continue doing warm saline gargles..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
