What Is The Treatment Of Acne ?

ive had really bad skin (face) lately which i thought was acne, it consists of holes (i call them craters), which usually are puss filled. they appear as reddish purple blotches but have been getting worse... im bad about picking at my face and i think i found a worm in my face, i just sorta freaked out wiped my face threw the washcloth and have had my face covered with a clean shirt for a few hours... can you tell me whats going on?

hi, welcome to HCM,
you are suffering from acne vulgaris.
take cap isotretinoin 20 mg once daily at night is drug of choice of nodulocystic acne. this drug need some blood investigation before starting medicine.
wash your face with salicylic acid 2% face wash.
apply azelaic acid 10% gel at night.
apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel at day time.
