What Is The Treatment Of Lipoma On Cheek Bone?

i have a lipoma on my face on the cheek bone. To much of a risk to have removed due to having permanent nerve damage. One dr suggest putting a cannula in and then a syringe to suck out the fat like lipo but without the sucking machine then doing thermitight whats your thoughts on this

I am so sorry to hear about this lipoma on your face. Lipomas are best left alone because they cause minimal symptoms and have little or no potential of becoming dangerous to health in future. I will suggest that you weigh the risk and benefits of any procedure before undertaking any. If you feel comfortable with the lipomas, there is no point in undertaking such a huge risk to get the removed. However, if you think this must be removed, then you should be able to bear the consequences that might come with it.
