Thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the swollen gums and pus discharge could be because of the gum iinfection like periodontal abscess. consult a oral physician and get a radiograph done to rule out any pathology. do saline gargling and take a course of antibiotics and analgesics. get your teeth cleaned. the white bump on the tongue could be because of enlarged papilla or frictional keratosis, leukoplakia or any lipoma or fibroma. i hope my answer will help you take care
