What Is This Pain In My Lower Back?

I have been having a nagging pain in my lower back between my hip and butt crack for about 2 months now... Hurts to bend, lay down, sit up, standing for long periods of time... Been sleeping with pillow between legs and using heating pad and taking aleve every chance I get

according to symptoms you gave it seems to be a tail bone pain. to get it relieved you need to undergo ultrasound therapy by physiotherapist and then followed by excerise. to prevent further damage and reduce the flare of pain please sit on the tire tube of pillow with hollow in the middle. as far as no pressure on the site the pain will be relxed. plases visit your physiotherapist ASAP to get better and faster result and exercise program
