What Is This Tender Bump On The Top Of My Ear ?

i HAVE A BUMP AT THE TOP OF MY LEFT EAR . IT STARTED AS A SMALL BUMP. I THOUGH IT WAS ACNE . HOWEVER IT HAS INCREASED IN SIZE IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS AND IS SORE AND TENDER. BEFORE IT SWELLED I COULD ACTUALLY PINCH IT TOGETHER AND FEEL A BALL INSIDE. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET SOME STUFF OUT AT ONE POINT, BUT IT FILLED UP AGAIN AND IS NOW BECOMING UNCOMFORTABLE.
