First, I recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical examination to exclude any serious cause of headache(a possible stroke or intracranial hemorrhage). A brain CT scan may be needed for this purpose. It is true that all the nonsteroidal drugs can have potential interactions when used concomitantly with xarelto, resulting in a higher risk for hemorrhage. I recommend taking ibuprofen with caution, and carefully monitor for possible bleeding. I also advise to closely monitor your blood pressure.
