Few tips to reduce
cholesterol and sugar
1. maintain a healthy weight that means BMI around 20 to 24
2. less fats especially saturated, less refined
carbohydrate, no to junk food
more amount of whole grain, fruits, green leafy vegetables
3. 20-30 min. brisk walk or
aerobic exercise at least five days a week
medicines for sugar are various
antidiabetic pills, insulin injection given according to level of sugar of the patient..
For cholesterol also many medicines are available like statin, fibrates that are also prescribed according to lipid level and clinical profile of patient

Regarding SGPT- a marker for Liver injury, raised level indicates
HEPATITIS may be due to various causes( no specific diet for that, we have to treat underlying cause)
