What Might Be The Small Red Lines Around C7 And Along The Spine For My 6 Year Son ?

I have a 6-year-old son. This evening I noticed small red dots/lines around the C7 and branching out from the spine. The dots/line appear again along the spine in the lower thoracic and lumbar area. These seen to be under the skin as they do not blanch, and are not raised. Any idea what this might be and should I be concerned?
